Terms of Service

By creating an account or using App Reviews → Slack ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The Service

App Reviews → Slack monitors Apple App Store and Google Play reviews for apps you specify and delivers those reviews to Slack or Pumble channels via incoming webhooks. Reviews are fetched on a daily basis. We do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or availability of review data, as it depends on third-party platforms (Apple and Google) that we do not control.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you represent that this is the case.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must have the right to monitor any app you add — either as the developer, publisher, or an authorised representative. You may not use the Service to monitor competitors' apps for purposes that violate Apple's or Google's developer terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Access to review notifications requires an active subscription at $4 per app per month. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• If a payment fails, the subscription moves to a past-due state and notifications will be paused until payment is resolved

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

6. Webhook URLs

You are responsible for the security of the webhook URLs you provide. Do not share your webhook URLs publicly. We store them encrypted, but you should rotate them if you believe they have been compromised.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service depends on data from Apple and Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Availability of review data may change without notice if these platforms modify their APIs or terms of service.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed reviews, delayed notifications, or any other consequences arising from downtime or data unavailability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are involved in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Reviews → Slack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
